Our story
Built order by order
We have been trading fragrance and cosmetics at wholesale for more than 20 years. The business started the way most durable distributors do — a small book of retailers, a warehouse, and the discipline to only sell what we could actually deliver.
That book is now 2,100+ trade customers in 42 countries: independent perfumeries, pharmacies, beauty salons, regional distributors and e-commerce operators. They buy from a stock holding of roughly €6M, which is what allows us to confirm availability at the moment of quoting rather than chasing it afterwards.
Our position in Poland puts us inside the EU customs and VAT area with road links across the continent — practical for intra-community supply, and workable for buyers further afield who need proper export documentation.
How we work
From enquiry to loaded pallet
Four steps, and a named contact who stays with you through all of them.
Sourcing
Stock is bought through established European supply channels and held in our own warehouse. Holding the goods — rather than drop-shipping them — is what lets us confirm availability before you commit.
Quoting
Trade pricing is quoted per order against your mix and volume. Send a product list, get a quote back with the landed cost, lead time and payment terms on one document.
Consolidation
Orders are picked across all four categories onto one consolidated pallet, so a single shipment can carry niche, designer, oriental and beauty lines together.
Documentation
Intra-community supply paperwork, VAT handling and export documents are prepared with the shipment, in the form your forwarder and customs broker need.
Logistics & distribution
Shipping out of Poland
Everything ships from our warehouse at ul. Tomasza Zana 11, 05-082 Latchorzew. Orders are picked, consolidated and palletised in house, which keeps the handover to your forwarder clean.
We ship to 42 countries. Within the EU that means intra-community supply against a valid VAT number; outside it, full export documentation prepared with the shipment. Either way the paperwork travels with the goods.
Delivery terms are agreed per order. If you have a preferred forwarder or a consolidation point, we will work to it.

Authenticity first
Genuine goods, sourced through European channels. In this trade the only reputation worth having is the one that survives an inspection.
Straight answers
If a line is out of stock, we say so. If a lead time is four weeks, we quote four weeks. Buyers plan around accurate information, not optimistic ones.
Long relationships
Most of our volume comes from customers who have been buying for years. 2,100+ trade accounts is the result of repeat business, not churn.
Flexibility for independents
Mixed pallets and sensible minimums, because an independent retailer should be able to test a range without buying a container of it.
